Hardgoods

-Saleable merchandise must be returned with the receipt and in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

-Merchandise purchased without a receipt or beyond the 30 day time will not be accepted for return.

-Items that have been opened or damaged will not be accepted for return.

-Custom designed items & sale merchandise are not returnable.

-Seasonal merchandise must be returned 10 days prior to the holiday or it will not be accepted.

Plant Material

-Plant material in its original condition and container can be returned within 5 days of the purchase date with store receipt for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.

-Plant material that has been planted or improperly cared for during the 5 day period will not be accepted for return.

-Boxwood, Pachysandra & Sarcococca are not returnable at any time and become the property of the buyer at time of purchase due to the current boxwood blight issues in our region. There are absolutely no exceptions.

Holding Orders

-Stone House Nursery will hold orders for one week after sale. After one week, the plant material must be picked up or scheduled for delivery.
